Insurance Coverage
We are in network with Medicare Part B. This is the red, white, and blue Medicare insurance card. Medicare part B will cover 80% of your outpatient physical therapy services. The remaining 20% is either partially or fully covered by your Medicare supplement plan. Please note depending upon your supplement plan there may be a copay for physical therapy services rendered. Medicare Part B will not cover outpatient physical therapy services if you are receiving home health care of any kind including wound care.
At this time we are unable to accept Medicare Advantage plans and all other forms of commercial health insurance including auto mobile accidents and workmen's compensation. The major plans feel that there are enough physical therapists in the area and are not credentialing with additional providers at this time.
We are able to furnish you a Superbill that you can independently submit to your insurance as OUT OF NETWORK. We encourage you to reach out to your plan and learn what your out of network benefits are.
